Sales training & brand standards
Every rep is certified on partner-specific product knowledge, scripts and brand voice before going live — never after.

Every Telebridge program is built around Canadian regulatory requirements, certified training and segregated data handling — the standards premium service brands expect of anyone representing them. And we invite you to verify it rather than take our word for it.
Premium service brands hold their partners to a standard. This page is how we meet it.
Not a policy document — the actual path a single customer conversation takes through our controls, every time.
Each is a working process with an owner, not a policy in a folder. Documentation for all six is available on request.
Every rep is certified on partner-specific product knowledge, scripts and brand voice before going live — never after.
Structured call monitoring, CRM documentation review and interaction audits — run continuously, not after something breaks.
Consent workflows, unsubscribe handling and record-keeping built into the campaign, not checked afterwards.
Outbound practices that respect the National Do Not Call List and CRTC unsolicited-telecommunications rules.
Privacy alignment, segregation between partner programs, and defined destruction at the end of an engagement.
Defined pathways for any concern, with same-day partner notification. You hear it from us, not from your customer.
Separation enforced by permission rather than by instruction. Reps working on one program cannot see another program's records — not because they are told not to, because they cannot.
Role-based permissions decide what any individual can see. Separation is technical, not procedural.
Each partner program runs in its own segregated CRM instance with no cross-visibility.
Every interaction is documented, timestamped and attributable to a named, certified operator.
Data is held only as long as the engagement requires, then destroyed to a defined protocol.
Optional non-compete arrangements are available for sensitive territories as part of the agreement.
Reviewers sample live and recorded interactions against a scored framework, check the CRM record that came out of it, and feed findings straight back into coaching. The point is not catching people out — it is that standards drift silently unless something is actively holding them.

Trust is easier to give when it can be verified. Partner-led audits, ride-alongs with field teams and quarterly compliance reviews are standing terms in our agreements, written in from day one.
Available to partners and prospective partners under NDA, covering how each control actually operates.
We align our processes to Canadian regulatory requirements — CASL, CRTC unsolicited-telecommunications rules, the DNCL and PIPEDA. We do not claim a certification we do not hold. What we offer instead is verification: audit our files, review our recordings, and check the work yourself.
It is escalated through a documented pathway, you are notified the same day, and a root-cause review follows with corrective action tracked to closure. People make mistakes; what matters is whether the process catches them and whether you hear about it from us first.
Yes. Partner-led audits and ride-alongs are a standing part of our agreements, and we are comfortable with them being unannounced. A team that only performs well when it knows it is being watched is not a team you want representing you.
Each program runs in a segregated CRM environment with role-based access control, so separation is enforced by permission rather than by instruction. Reps on one program cannot see another program's records.
It is destroyed according to a defined protocol, and we confirm completion in writing. The terms are set out in the agreement before work begins rather than negotiated at the end.
